NeTashStar's journey is enriched by deep roots, vibrant culture, and diverse experiences as a proud native of Oakland, California. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento, and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management & Leadership from the University of Georgia, Institute for Nonprofit Organizations. She is certified as a Grants Management Specialist (GMS) by the National Grants Management Association and a Dropout Prevention Specialist (DPS) by Sacramento State University, College of Continuing Education.
